User Agreement

1. Eligibility

Zepka is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. Users under 18 are not permitted to access or use the App.

2. Account Use and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You must not impersonate others or create accounts using false information.

3. App Services

Zepka provides a social community platform that allows users to:

• Communicate with other users through text messages
• Send and receive images
• Engage in video conversations
• Match with suitable users for social interaction

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

4. User Conduct

You agree to use Zepka in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You must not:

• Post or transmit illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, hateful, or sexually explicit content
• Violate the rights, privacy, or safety of other users
• Use the App for fraud, scams, or deceptive activities
• Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorization
• Distribute spam, malware, or other malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate this Agreement.

5. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, or share through Zepka. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and transmit such content solely for operating and improving the App. You retain ownership of your content.

6. Privacy

Your use of Zepka is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

You may stop using Zepka at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the App at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated this Agreement or if required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Zepka is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or accuracy of the App or its content. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal disputes between users.

10. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this User Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting the updated version with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
