Avoid sharing sensitive personal details such as your home address, phone number, email address, financial information, or workplace with other users. Keep conversations within the app and be cautious about what you choose to disclose.
2. Be Mindful When Communicating
When chatting, sharing images, or engaging in video calls, use good judgment and trust your instincts. If a conversation makes you feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or pressured, you are encouraged to stop interacting with that user.
3. Use In-App Features Responsibly
Zepka provides messaging, image sharing, video chat, and user matching features for social interaction only. Do not use the App for illegal activities, harassment, or inappropriate behavior. Respect other users' boundaries and consent at all times.
4. Report and Block Suspicious Behavior
If you encounter behavior that appears abusive, misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate, please use in-app reporting or blocking tools. Reporting helps us maintain a safer community for everyone.
5. Be Cautious About Meeting in Person
If you decide to meet another user in real life, do so in a public place, inform a trusted friend or family member, and arrange your own transportation. Zepka does not verify users' identities and cannot guarantee offline safety.
6. Stay Alert for Scams and Fraud
Be cautious of users who ask for money, gifts, or financial assistance, or who attempt to redirect conversations to external platforms quickly. These may be signs of scams. Never send money or share financial details with other users.
7. Account Security
Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your login information with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
8. Adults-Only Community
Zepka is strictly for users aged 18 and above. If you suspect that a user may be underage, please report the account so we can take appropriate action.
9. Our Role
While we take reasonable steps to promote a safe environment, Zepka cannot monitor all interactions or guarantee user behavior. Your awareness and responsible use of the App play an important role in community safety.
